Eating Disorders & Exercise

Many individuals struggle with their relationship with food and/or exercise. In some ways societal influences have contributed in turning these struggles into a rite of passage for some. It is possible to heal this complex and painful struggle with the appropriate individualized treatment. Jodi works with a team of professionals, when appropriate, to address all facets of this multidimensional and complex issue.

Depression & Anxiety

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience in our lives. Through treatment, Jodi is able to help individuals find the tools and balance in order to manage these and other challenging emotions.

Fertility issues have increased over the years and have continued to be, at times, extraordinarily complex and exhausting. Emotional support, in addition to exploring and making decisions about options, IUI, IVF, sperm and ovum donors and single parenthood, can be critical and enormously comforting. Jodi’s experience enables her to help with each step of the process.
